Evo kako da u svojoj kuhinji napravite desert koji mami sva \u010dula \u2014 jednostavan, kremast i savr\u0161en za vru\u0107e letnje dane.<\/p><p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>500 ml punomasnog mleka<\/li><li>250 ml slatke pavlake (30% m.m.)<\/li><li>150 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li><li>4 \u017eumanca<\/li><li>par kapi jestivog esencijalnog ulja po izboru (Lemon, Wild Orange, Tangerine, Vanilla, Peppermint, Spearmint, Lavender, itd.)<\/li><li>prstohvat soli<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Postupak:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Zagrejte mleko u \u0161erpi na srednjoj temperaturi sa polovinom \u0161e\u0107era dok ne po\u010dne da ispu\u0161ta paru (ne sme da proklju\u010da).<\/li><li>Mutite \u017eumanca i ostatak \u0161e\u0107era mikserom, dok smesa ne postane svetla i penasta.<\/li><li>U smesu \u017eumanaca polako ulijte toplo mleko uz stalno me\u0161anje da se jaja ne zgrudvaju.<\/li><li>Vratite sve u \u0161erpu i kuvajte na niskoj temperaturi dok se malo ne zgusne (da oblo\u017ei ka\u0161iku).<\/li><li>Sklonite sa vatre, dodajte pavlaku, so i \u00a0esencijalno ulje po izboru.
