Uses

  • Apply before, during and after exercise as needed
  • Use at the end of a long, tiring day on your feet

Directions for Use

Adults apply generously to desired area. Repeat as necessary but not more than 4 times daily. Not suitable for use on children.

Cautions

For external use only. Do not use if allergic to salicylates (including aspirin) without consulting a physician. When using this product, use only as directed, avoid getting into the eyes or on mucus membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad. Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation or redness occur, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, or skin rash occurs, pain persists for more than 7 days or redness present. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a healthcare professional before use. If accidentally ingested, contact your local medical facility immediately. Store at room temperature below 38 degrees Celcius/ 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not use if seal is broke. Close cap tightly after use. Keep out of reach of children.
