Abies spectabilis
dōTERRA Himalayan Fir essential oil is steamed-distilled and high in α-pinene, limonene and bornyl acetate. Often found in cosmetics and perfumes, oil from the Himalayan Fir’s needles and branches is used as a fragrance and skin conditioning ingredient in deodorants, air fresheners, disinfectants, bath preparations and soaps. Invigorating and refreshing, the oil captures the aroma of a forest in a bottle.
Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
