Take one sachet a day. Don’t mix with hot beverages. Pour the contents of the sachet directly into your mouth or mix with 120 ml of water, juice, or your preferred cool beverage and drink immediately. The contents can also be mixed with cold foods such as yoghurt, smoothies, or breakfast cereal. Store in a cool, dry place.
